He was fired from the company he co-founded, Apple. When he was away from Apple, Jobs co-founded the company NeXT. It was later acquired by Apple and Pixar Animation Studios was launched. His second act became bigger and better than his first. After a decade when he returned to Apple he invented iPod, iPhone, and iPad.
Disney was fired from the Kansas City Star. His editor told him that he lacked imagination and good ideas. Even with further failure in his life Disney never gave up hunting success and set his sights on a more profitable area which was Hollywood. His brother and he moved to California and produced a successful cartoon series.
She worked as a secretary for the London office of Amnesty International. Her dreams though were always to be a writer. She used to daydream about a teenage wizard named Harry Potter and write stories on her work computer. Her employers were tired and let her go.
